How does the Custom Build process work?
It’s simple - just select your preferred components using the dropdowns, and we’ll build your PC to spec.
Once it’s assembled, we run stress tests, install your OS and software, and ship it plug-and-play ready. You’ll receive build updates along the way.
How long does it take to receive my custom PC?
Typical turnaround for a full custom is 7-10 working days from the time your order is placed.
This includes component sourcing, assembly, testing, and shipping.
We’ll always keep you informed of any changes or potential delays!
Can I upgrade or change my order after placing it?
If you’ve made a mistake or want to tweak your build, contact us as soon as possible.
If we haven’t started assembling your PC yet, we can usually make changes. After that point, we’ll do our best but cannot guarantee changes without extra costs or delays.
I can't see a part I want - can you source something specific?
Absolutely!
If you’re after a specific part not listed in the dropdowns, just reach out.
We work with multiple suppliers and may be able to include it in your build or recommend an equivalent.
Do Custom Builds come with a warranty?
Of course.
All custom builds come with our standard 3-year parts & labour warranty, as well as lifetime support. Manufacturer warranties also apply where relevant.
